If you have not yet added flavour, try carbonating with one or two extra pumps by firmly pushing down on the carbonating button for 1-2 seconds, releasing, and repeating. Remember to always fizz water before adding flavour.
If you’re still experiencing poor carbonation, you may be out of gas. To check if you’re out of gas, first make sure the Quick Connect Cylinder is properly inserted in the cylinder holder with the pink cylinder handle lowered. Once you’ve checked this, press the carbonating button a few times to see if gas is entering the bottle. Press the button a few times to also check for bubbles.
