When you place an order for a Sparkle Savers Plan, we will send you 4 gas cylinders. You do not need to return any cylinders to us until you order your second and third set of gas from your plan.
- When you are about to finish your last gas cylinder, log into your account and place an order for gas
- Using your delivery box from your new shipment, return the empty cylinders to us within 30** days of receipt
- Repeat steps 1 & 2 for your last set of gas
Please return your last set of gas to us by the end of your plan date.
If we do not receive your empty gas cylinders within 30 days* of your most recent order, we will charge you £10 per cylinder that is not returned.
If you lost your original Sparkle Saver's Plan box, you can use any other box as long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Collect+ site. Just make sure to please write your customer number on the Collect+ label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History".
You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.
Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.
*Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the time to return the empty carbonating cylinders has been temporarily extended to 65 days.
After you purchase the plan, you will receive 4 cylinders. When you place a refill order on the plan, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label with the refill order to return the 4 empties.
