Why wasn't the £10 deposit returned to me?

With our online exchange, you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. The £10 fee will be refunded once we receive your empties. 

It can take up to 10 working days for your empty cylinders to be received at our warehouse. We aim to process the refund of your gas exchange deposit(s) (to the original payment method) within two weeks of receipt of the cylinder.

If you lost the box from your original refill order, you can request a new label through the Collect+ site. and use any box to send back your empties. Just make sure to please write your customer number on the Collect+ label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History".

If you have not received your refund within 2 working days of us receiving your return, please contact us so we can look into it for you. Make sure to include a copy of your Collect+ receipt as proof of return.
