After registering on the subscription plan, you will receive an email with a coupon code. This coupon will give you a discount on all the accessories on the site. Just remember to enter the code you received when checking out.

How does the Sparkle Saver's Plan work?

It's easy to keep the bubbles flowing with our Sparkle Saver's Plan. Check out the guide and instructions below to learn more about our subscription plan.

  1. Sign up for the Sparkle Saver's Plan online and enjoy the benefits (Terms and Conditions apply): 
      • A yearly supply of up to 12 cylinders delivered to your door (3 shipments of 4 cylinders)
      • Extended warranty on your Sparkling Water Maker
      • 30 day free cancellation
      • Free shipping
      • A SodaStream carbonating bottle (Not compatible with the Crystal Sparkling Water Maker but makes a great to-go bottle!)
      • 10% off bottles site-wide
      • 10% off all flavours
      • 10% off one Sparkling Water Maker Starter Kit of your choice
  2. After you sign up, you'll get login information (if you do not already have) and four full gas cylinders delivered to your home along with a pre-paid return label. Make sure to keep the pre-paid return label to return your empties.
  3. Once you're almost done with the four cylinders you've received, log in to your account and schedule an online exchange to get four replacement cylinders delivered to you. Please do not send in your empties until you've ordered your next online exchange.
  4. Using the original packaging, attach the pre-paid return label from the original order and drop the four used cylinders off at your local Collect+ shop. Please write your customer number on the Collect+ label in "Ref Box". The customer number can be found in emails you've received from SodaStream.
      • Make sure to return all 4 gas cylinders together.
      • There will be a charge of £10 for each cylinder not returned.
      • If you lost the box from your original order, you can use any other box as long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely.
      • If you can't find the return label, contact customer support at 0800 0858 373 to receive a new one.
  5. Keep bubbling and whenever you run out of gas, sign in to your account to schedule another online exchange for four new cylinders.

How long does it take the Sparkle Saver's Plan gas cylinders to be delivered?
We're glad you're excited to receive your CO2 cylinders. Your fresh bubbles should arrive within 4 business days of your order. Please note that deliveries are available to the UK mainland only.

What does the extended warranty mean?

We are glad you asked ;)

As a member of our Sparkle Saver's Plan, the standard warranty that comes with your Sparkling Water Maker is extended -- the warranty will apply for as long as you are subscribed to the plan*.

*The extended warranty applies to the Spirit, Spirit One Touch, Crystal, Genesis, Jet, Source, Power, Cool, and Play Sparkling Water Makers only. 

Sparkle Note: Any warranty that has already expired will resume 30 days after your initial subscription to the plan. 

What happens after I have used 12 gas cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

If you have used 12 gas cylinders in less than a year you will be prompted to renew your plan when you try to order your next shipment of gas cylinders.

Although it is an annual plan, you will be eligible to upgrade early and get your new Sparkle Saver's Plan when you need it.

What happens if I don't return the used gas cylinders after placing an order on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

If we don't receive 4 used SodaStream CO2 cylinders within 30 days of the day you ordered your full ones, you will be charged £10 for each unreturned cylinder. The charge will be processed against your original payment method.

Sparkle Note: If you lost your original Sparkle Saver's Plan box, you can use any other box as long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Collect+ site.

What is the cancellation policy for the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

Chances are you'll be too busy sparkling with excitement to want to cancel, but just in case, here's the policy:

If you cancel within the first 30 days of subscribing, you'll get a 100% refund. If you don't return the gas cylinders, we will charge you for them. 

If you cancel after the 30 days, you will be refunded based on the number of months left and unused on your plan. You would still need to return the gas cylinders already provided.

Sparkle Note: You will not be able to get a refund if you have already received 8 gas cylinders on the plan or if you took advantage of the extended warranty.

What should I do after I've used my cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

Don't worry, it's easy to get sparkling! Just log in to your account and click "Order Gas Cylinder Delivery".  You should be sparkling again within 2-3 business days. 

If you've used up your 12 CO2 cylinders and you want to get more gas, simply take up an early renewal to get those bubbles back. 

Don't forget to return your empty carbonating cylinders no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order for new cylinders:

  1. Place all 4 cylinders in their original packaging.
  2. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label that came in the original packaging.
  3. Please include your order number on the Collect+ label.
  4. Drop the package off at your local Collect+ shop.

What types of payment do you accept for the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards for the Sparkle Saver's Plan. You can make one payment or pay in three equal installments. 

When and how do I return the used cylinders for the Sparkle Saver's Plan?
Once you order a delivery of 4 new gas cylinders, you have up to 30 days to return your used CO2 cylinders. 
Returning your used carbonating cylinders is easy:
  1. Place all 4 cylinders in their original packaging.
  2. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label that came in the original packaging.
  3. Please include your order number on the Collect+ label.
  4. Drop the package off at your local Collect+ shop.

Will my Sparkle Saver's Plan auto renew?

Yes! We like to keep the bubbles flowing.

Your Sparkle Saver's Plan will auto renew 30 days prior to expiration. We will email you 30 days before your new Sparkle Saver's Plan is set to start.
