Below are the steps to take if you would like to make a return:
- Call our Sparkle-Care team at (800) 763-2258 or contact them online to inform them about the return. Click to review our return policy and to check if your Sparkling Water Maker is eligible for return.
Note: SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted.
- Securely pack the sparkling water maker, the CO2 cylinder, and all other items for return shipping in the original box it was shipped in. The box should have the markings pictured below (Federal regulations are in place for shipping cylinders containing carbon dioxide. All shipments must be specially marked, or fines will be imposed by the department of transportation):

- Take the package to a UPS or FedEx location and pay to ship your package to:

- Write down the tracking number to keep for your records as well as to provide your Sparkling Water Specialist for tracking of your return for refund (We will typically refund your credit card within 10 business days of our receiving your product).
