How do I change or add an address?

You can edit or add an address by logging in to your account and clicking on "My Addresses".

If you want to make changes to a current address, you will have the option to "Edit" or "Delete" at the bottom of the address.

To add an address, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Add a New Address" button.

Where can I see the emails I've sent to your customer support team?

You can see your previous requests by logging in to your account and clicking on "Support Tickets".

Here you can see the subject of the email, the ticket ID number, when the ticket was requested, how long since the last activity on the ticket, and the status of your request. You can also open a new ticket.
